Food, art and retail vendors are encouraged to apply early to this event and save on vendor booth fees. Pay your fees by Jan 30 and save 25% (refundable until May 1). Limited Space – Priority on booth spaces to first come first serve.

The 13th Annual Blues ‘n’ BBQ Festival for Better Housing is scheduled for Sunday, July 18, 2010 in historic Olde Town Arvada, Colorado.

Attracting more than 4000 folks in 2009, the event appeals to a wide-ranging audience of music and art enthusiasts of all ages from Arvada and nearby Denver area communities.

On three stages, 20 bands ranging from acoustic artists to high-energy performers will play from 11:00-7:00 p.m. A national act is being planned for 2010.

This event benefits non-profit Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver, which builds and sells homes to hard-working people in need of decent and affordable housing. Founded by volunteers in 1979, over 370 homes have been built the Denver metro area, housing well over 1,500 people. Worldwide, Habitat for Humanity has more than 2,300 local affiliates and national organizations in nearly 90 countries. Completing a home somewhere in the world every 10 minutes, Habitat builds nearly 26,000 homes per year around the world.
