Cycling Reframed Center for the Arts Evergreen Admission: free Ever since Pablo Picasso combined bicycle handlebars and a seat to make a sculpture of a bull, imagery of the bicycle has appeared in artwork. The Center for the Arts Evergreen (CAE) is excited to announce our first ever bicycle-themed exhibition, Cycling Reframed.
