Dale Hixson

Being a "true" native Coloradoan is becoming a rare occurance these days. I am privileged to live in the most photogenic state in the U.S. (in my opinion).

The back roads and high mountain trails of Colorado have been my playground for my entire life and it is a blessing to be able to share those images with others through film.

I have been shooting film for twenty years now, and it is my hope that those of you who view these images will come to hold the hidden places (and the not so hidden) in as high regard as I do.

Of course they are not all in Colorado because there are awesome vistas and beautiful places where ever we look.
